Burrr it's cold already

And we want out! Pickins are getting slim between Biloxi and Pensacola. I found availability at Majestic Oaks RV resort near Biloxi. From everything I can find on rvparksreviews, etc, this seems like a nice place. Not much info on the website.
Any feedback on this place and advise on other places in the $500 to $700 per mo range between Biloxi and Pensacola area greatly appreciated.

Check out Bella Terra in Foley. Class A only, though.

St. Rosa Sound RV

St. Rosa Sound RV Resort in Navarre Beach, FL is also somewhere you might want to check out. They are on the sound ... and are saying snowbirds can start at $500 per month. That is probably a lot by the highway, so I wouldn't do that one because of traffic noise, but otherwise, it is a nice, small rv park. The lots by the water are very peaceful.

We love Majestic Oaks in Biloxi - Rates were $660 pull through and $550 back end. Some sites are not dish friendly, but upkeep of grounds are constant.

Majestic oaks is great. Nice location. Try Emerald coast in Panama City Beach if you get that far. Nice place too.

I am in CatheadCreek Ranch RV park (Townsend GA, 3 miles north of the Darien Outlet mall)

No pool, No family center, No trees, Single machine laundry and phone booth showers (I use the one in my RV here) but good Wi-Fi, 50 amps well water and I am within 1/2 hour of my daughter's house (Very important) so here I stay till I get a new engine.

NO trees means your SAT-TV works, of course we have park cable for free, 375/month for 50 amp, 350 for 30.

A few miles away are Lake Harmony and McIntosh Lake, As I recall 325/month PLUS ELECTRICITY.

We have, as someone else said of GA, had no snow, and none anticipated, but we have had a few nights below frezing already, Not enough to bother me but still below.
