I travel to Baja a few time a year for races and other things. Never took an RV down to Cabo but i have with trucks a few timese. We usually stay about 15miles north of town where the surf and fishing is good and just drive into town for the evening. You can even have the owner of the property call a cab for you and it cost about $20 for the ride (that was about 8yrs ago). East of town has a few campgrounds right on the bluffs too, but i have never stayed. I remember seeing RV's there before. A good website for all of baja is Bajaexpo.com. Search around the site and it has more links to other sites and a good starting point for your research. Cabo San Lucas Camping: Carlos Fiesta's Cabo Expo 2010

Another good website is A Comprehensive Travel Guide to RVing, Camping and Safe Driving in Mexico.

Good luck and be safe!
