Camp Blanding-Starke Florida

Anyone benn to Camp Blanding Fam Camp in the last 6 months?
Any reviews on this Family Campground?
I know it is military.
We are going to that area and a little south of there to look at somes homes. Keystone Heights and Deltona and maybe a couple a little north of Orlando. So we will be there for about a month and the cost is pretty god at Blanding according to there website. Is there anything else in the area that is comparable?
Thanks

We live between Starke and Keystone. Camp Blanding is a nice, clean quite campground. Especially quite this time of year. Blanding is in a fairly rual area of North Central Florida...not much hustle or bustle. Orange Park up toward Jax, ~30 min.. has all the urban fixtures if you need them..Saint Augustine is about a 45 minute drive..a nice day trip if you've never been...Keystone -15 min. If you go down toward Orlando...maybe 2.5 hrs. The KOA in Starke on 301 is a pretty nice facility...but some are bothered by the road noise on 301 and there's a train that runs through town several times a day. Gold Head Branch is a State Park close to Keystone...if you don't mind roughing it a little...water and elec. only.
