For us, liberty harbor was perfect, though It is truly a parking lot. From our rv, could see the statue of liberty and the antenna of the new world trade tower. We came just to visit the city, so being close was most important. We were close enough that we could go into the city, return in the afternoon to check on the furkids, then head back to the city for dinner. As a matter of fact, we plan on going back next year to liberty harbor. Fyi, it was a much easier drive to liberty than I anticipated .
