Stayed there but found it to be cramped. We now go to Top Sail. Great state camp ground with full hookups. They have a tram to the beach or you can bike or walk.

Too tight for our rig. Go down the street to "Destin West". Brand new directly on the bay, cross over the street, walk, enjoy all the pools and beach at the Ramada Resort. They own the CG. Very nice set up!!

However ... at $79 it's a bit pricey

We caught it at the $100 per day rate. Crowded but with that rate we found a way to enjoy.

Heading down there for Thanksgiving.
Y'all can complain about how tight it is and how much it costs, but nothing beats stepping out your door and being on the sand. I hate schlepping all the beach crap around and having to use some public bathroom or forgetting something and having to hike back.....no thanks! been there, thru with that. We park on the beach and enjoy ourselves, and that, is worth the price....

X2 on Topsail, but probably have a tough time getting a site on a holiday weekend. We were there in April/May and got one of two remaining sites in the park. Never hurts to try though......

Destin Luxury Rv Park. Beach right across the street. Very upscale park at reasonable prices considering you are on the beach. Very big rig friendly! Great place to stay.

We've stayed there twice. The only thing we didn't like is their internet speed. Other than that, we loved it. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, right on the beach, VERY nice bathrooms. What more can you ask for.
