Space Center RV Park and All Stars have nice urban RV Parks that are close to Hobby.

The only two I can think of are Space Center and All Stars, both a good 10 or 15 miles from Hobby Airport. Never heard of Jus Passn Thru.
We lived in Houston for 25 years (left in 2003) and I neer remember see anything near Hobby. There was a nice little RV park in Dickenson, but I can't remember the name.

There is also a campground in Kemah (near NASA JSC), which is about 20 miles from Hobby.

"Green Caye RV Resort" in League City is really clean and well run. It also has a golf course attached, if your so inclined. Stayed there for a week, the first of this month. It is located off of SH 646 between I45 & SH146. Not a bad trip back up I45 to Hobby A/P. Good Luck!

I once stayed at the Houston KOA. It was just an overnight but it was a pretty nice CG.

The best CG in the area is the Marina Bay RV Resort in Kemah, TX near the intersection of ST 146 and Marina Bay Blvd. The CG was formerly called the Boardwalk RV Resort. It has been open one year this month.
