Campground recommendation for Rio Grande Valley in Texas?

We are looking for a recommendation for a camp ground in the Rio Grande Valley for a week coming up in February. There seems to be many listed, but what is everyone's experience in the area? We will need full hook-up and Wi-Fi for our 30' MH with toad. It is just the wife, dog and I and over 55 is fine.

We picked Mercedes as it is more or less in the middle of valley activities. We stayed at Llano Grande. 1,000 plus site and lots of things to do without even leaving the park. Spent two winters there.
