Sugar Sands is a nice park, only a few years old, big clubhouse, and big spots. Another park to consider is Pandion Ridge, they are only about 1/4 mile apart only separated by the Intercoastal Waterway. Sugar Sands is on the mainland side and Pandion Ridge is on the island side. The bridge over the waterway is a toll bridge so it helps to consider where you will be spending most of your time. We left Orange Beach yesterday and Pandion Ridge was pretty full but didn't ride through Sugar Sands.
