Red face Campgrounds for MA to FL route in late Nov. Please!

Now that I understand a bit better about how this works, I wonder if someone could give me some tips on what campgrounds a open to accommodate a 30' Winnebago, Class A during the last part of November? We can only travel about 4-5 hour/per day and many of the campgrounds seem to be closed. We thought this year we might take a more westerly route to pass NYC and DCA if the weather will permit. Are there truck stops or campgrounds open around Thanksgiving? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Campgrounds might be closed, but there are many alternatives if you are self-contained. Walmart, Home Depot, Cracker Barrel all allow overnight parking unless prohibited by local law. Flying J (Pilot) fuel stations often have RV parking. If you are a member of Good Sam, you can get a discount card for fuel and dump stations. If you have a smart phone, ipad, or computer you might research here: Allstays | Campgrounds | RV Parks

The KOA in East Stroudsburg PA ,Rte209 near I/80 stays open all year. The PA welcome center, first exit in PA on I/84 will allow you to stay overnight. When you get to VA a lot more stay open.
