We stayed at Best Holiday and Raccoon Mtn. and would recommend Raccoon Mountain. While there be sure to drive up Raccoon mountain. Turn left out of the CG and right on Raccoon Mtn drive.
Didn't visit the cave on site so can't comment on it.

I've stayed at Raccoon Mountain 3 or 4 times and the Holiday Travel Park. I prefer Raccoon Mountain as it's easy to access and in a good location.

We were just in Holiday Travel park, enjoyed our stay.
Have stayed at Racoon Mt. also OK
Cloudland Canyon St Park is on the south end of lookout mountain, very nice campground just a little out of town. Very nice drive into town.
KOA in Cleveland Tn is also OK

Got home yesterday after a week at Raccoon Mountain. A big thumbs up for RM! Be sure to call ahead for a reservation.
