We live in the Tampa area and are always looking for campsites that we can bring our boat, we have a 26ft deck boat. We have found a one in Crystal River but unless you can get a site on the water you have to pull your boat every night which is a pain. Does anyone know of any with ranp and docks that are nice?

Natures Resort in Homosassa has sites with docks and docks for those with a site without a dock. Gulf access.

http://www.naturesresortfla.com/

Lake Rousseau RV & Fishing Resort

http://www.lakerousseaurvpark.com/

Lake Rousseau access.

Both in the Crystal River area.

I assume you know about Encore in Crystal River.

Thank you. Yes we know about naturesresort my husband had to live there for a while. It is a long story but we can't stay there. Is Lake Rousseau nice. I don't know why I thought it wasn't kept up very well.

In the winter we stay at Quail Roost not far from Lake Rousseau but no water there and no dogs....lol.

Lake Rousseau has new owners. I won't stay there because there are too many trees for me.
It is a hodgepodge of sites and far from the nicest park.

Thank you I looked them up and called them, it was a good thing that I called they only allow up to 25' boats, we have a 26'. I do have reservations on Big Pine Key in an Encore CG, - Sunshine Key RV, we have to keep our boat in the marina not by our site. But thats ok. Thanks again for the help. And if anyone else can think of any other sites within a few hrs of Tampa that we can bring our boat let me know.
