Campgrounds in north east Tennessee area

So last summer we traveled to rock island state park in Tennessee and it was amazing. We are definitely going back next summer. But we like to have 2 vacations into 1 so to speak and spend the 2nd have if the trip in a new place. Last year was ashville nc. And we really enjoyed that as well. So for next summer we are looking for a great place for out 2nd half of the trip. We'll be going around mid to late july. Pulling a 36 foot travel trailer. Now we love state parks but are very open to private parks as well. Swimming is an absolute must. Prefer a really clean lake over a pool. We also like wooded camp grounds. The more private the better. Although next year we will have company with a 5th wheel so group camping would be good as well. We really don't like our camper right next to our neighbors. Like most "rv resorts". We would like sewer hookup but that's not a must if the bathrooms are decent. It doesn't have to be in Tennessee. Southern Kentucky or west Virginia or maybe north Carolina again. But kinda that area of the mountains. So if anyone would like to share their experiences that would be very helpful. Thank you

If lakes are your thing, AppleValley Motorcoach Resort at Lake Lure in Bald Mountain Resort is very nice. Class A only, 34' or longer. About half an hour from Asheville NC in the NC foothills. "Dirty Dancing" lake scenes were filmed there.
