Campgrounds near Columbia, SC

We're going to be heading to Ft Jackson, Columbia, SC for a few weeks. DH will be involved in a job there. Looking for CGs in the area that others have been stayed at that can handle a Class A with toad. Won't be going til July but will be 2-4 weeks stay. Just trying to get a jump on any info we can find.

we stay at the Barnyard in Lexington..which is right on rt 1 in West Columbia.between I-20 and I-26...all pull thrus..all full hookup near Wal-Mart and rest and all..great campground..Chuck

Columbia/Camden RV Park. We overnighted there. Clean park with what appears were mostly young, mobile families moving job to job. Just a few miles east of Columbia on I20. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

X2 on Barnyard. We have overnited there and found the staff to be very nice and accommodating when arriving late and leaving early
