We're looking for some campground possibilities in the Upper Peninsula area to hold an RV Rally in June of 2008. It is quite possibile that there would be in excess of 40 rigs in attendance, so size is important as well as a nice Club House for potlucks and social gatherings.

Any recommendations? I checked some listed in the Woodall's Directory but would appreciate actual experience since Michigan is a little far to do a weekend inspection.

I would appreciate any input.

Thanks,

We stayed at Gitche Gumee on Lake Superior and found it a clean, comfortable campground. Since we don't have little children, I didn't pay a lot of attention to family type activities. They can be reached at 906-249-9102. We were there in 2003. It is a small campground near Marquette, MI. Visit munising.com for details.
