You might also consider Uber and/or Lyft service instead of a shuttle bus to get you to a train/subway station or to an attractive. We also use them to get to a local Enterprise location which often has very cheap weekend car rental rates. If you consider Uber and Lyft then you're opening yourself up to thousands of campgrounds.

Kettle campgrounds in Eureka Springs. Shuttle service all over. Fee involved. Almost a must if you want to visit the downtown historic district.

Happy Holiday RV Village, Cherokee NC has a shuttle service to and from the casino and town. We were just there a few weeks back. Nice place unless you need internet

Someone on one of these forums asked about a CG close to Minneapolis that they could get to town to sight see, etc.
Someone else responded that the Campground at the Dakotah Meadows RV Park Dakotah Meadows RV park next to the casino had a great shuttle service to Mall of America and other stops, which allows you to connect to public transit, They have a published schedule on the website of either the RV park or the casino, don't remember which.

Twin Creek RV Park Gatlinburg, TN
The Gatlinburg Trolleys has a stop at the campground. Not free but reasonable at $2 round trip.

I have only stayed at one with this sort of service, the KOA in Hot Springs, Arkansas which operates an on demand (call for return pickup) shuttle van to the downtown tourist area about 3 miles away as well as possibly other locations (dog race track in season) for a minimal fee ($5 per person roundtrip if I recall correctly), given the limited free parking in the tourist area it really works out to be a deal. Overall I would consider a good, but older KOA.
