Camping ideas near Lake Elmo, MN

We will be traveling to a dog show in Lake Elmo, MN in August. Any camping location recommendations that are pet friendly and not too expensive? We don't need full hookups, just electric. Thanks!

Here is a nice park a few miles north of I-94: Washington County, MN - Official Website - Lake Elmo Park Reserve
We've stayed there often.

The only commercial rv park anywhere around is St Paul east RV park. Basically a few hundred yards from lake Elmo city limits. Nice people and a nice park.
