You might be better off in Hurricane Ut, never have stayed in Leeds, but we like Willow wind rv park in Hurricane. Closer to Zion and Sand Hollow JMHO

We stayed one night in May on our way from Canyonlands to CA. We were going to stay at the North Zion entrance but it was snowing and very windy, so we headed down to Leeds which was warmer and seemed more protected from the wind.

The park is attractive and well-maintained, but is not super close to Zion. It was 31 miles to the south Zion entrance. Also, the proprietor told us to buy groceries, etc. ahead of time because there wasn't much in Leeds. We would stay there again if we couldn't get a spot closer to Zion.
