camping location in Maine

have land in maine, has well, septic and power to the lot, 2.5 acres on paved road. not expensive to park I am looking for someone that is wanting to spend the season ( snow thaw to snow fall) up there working, or visiting, or whatever. actually this will be labor in exchange of a rent. the land is located on a state road ( route 179) about 20 minutes from Ellsworth, about an hour from Bangor, and about an hour or so from Bar Harbor. I moved from there 13 years ago, there is a mobile home on the lot that might be burned out. there was a couple out buildings ( small) but am not sure if they are there or not. Looking for someone that wants to summer up in maine for little money on a lot rental, you take pictures when you arrive, clean up ( remove) the junk ( and mobile home, and you stay there for your labor. I am trying to find a friend or ex's family to check to see if pump is still in the well, electric would have to be turned on in your name but pole is there, box is setup for the mobile but we might be able to work something out so you can get power. if interested in a yearly place, will consider it for the amount of the property tax ( so we are not talking 500 a month) The fishing there was excellent, neighbors were quiet when we lived up there. no restriction as far as a pet(s) for those wanting to work the Season and explore it would be perfect. cell phone(s) would have to check your coverage map as not all get coverage there. the pole is wired for a phone also if you want to put in a landline, that is up to you as everything is seasonal there and the electric and phone companies are not against putting in a phone for 3 or 4 months. Electric was Bangor Hydro when we left and phone was union river telephone ( small private company)

You may want to run this ad in the back of the FMCA mag. Just a thought.
