Camping with a Boat & Travel Trailer in Wisconsin

We are looking for spots in Wisconsin to camp and also take our 18' open bow boat where we can leave the boat in the water and be near the trailer camp site. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. We are from southern Wisconsin but would welcome all sites as we love to venture out.

Can't think of the names right off, but there are a couple near Fremont, central WI. We live near there and have been by them on our boat. A couple are on Partridge lake, another right on the wolf river.

There's also a great county park on the east side of lake Petenwell, part of the Wisconsin river, north of the Dells.

Near Madison look into Lake Farm county park or Bradley county park just south of Madison in McFarland.

Start looking around the Eagle River area and you'll find a number of them.

Thanks for the info, we will check these out. Heading towards Hayward in about a week to the Eau Claire Chain of Lakes. This will be the first long haul for our TT!
