Hi Jerry,
If you look under a topic I started for Campgrounds in Mississauga, I think you will find those close to Toronto as well. I have also done some research for Montreal and this is what I have found.
Camping Mirabel
Parc Mont Laval
KOA Montreal South
Camping Alloutte
I don't know anything about these campgrounds. I was just doing research for later this summer.

I would suggest that you post the query in the "Canada" forum as well....perhaps a mod could move it there? Never camped in the Montreal area but lots of nice spots near Quebec city.
The Milton Heights CG was convenient to the west end of Toronto, and was clean and quiet.

I have stayed at the Rouge Valley in Toronto n May. You can access their website. http://www.toronto.ca/parks/recreati...ping/index.htm

Nice trees around edges. Water and electricity with a sewer dump. Close to Zoo and GO train.

Enjoyed my stay.

I am adding Quebec City to our itinerary and may bypass Toronto. Please respond with any recomendations for Quebec.
