You can Google Asheville campgrounds and see if you like any of those. Our favorite, an easy 25 miles from Candler is: www.morganrvresorts.com/pages/stonebridge_homepage

Nothing worth looking at "in" Candler. As mentioned above, just off I 40 across town is a KOA and a nice campground called "Mama Girties". Just depends on what all you want from the campground. If "more" than "less", the KOA or Mama Girties might be your best choice. There is also Bear Creek campground right off I 40 and closer to Candler..This one is near the popular Farmers Market and a great restaurant called "the Moose Club". There is a pool at Bear Creek Campground...Hope this helped. (I live "just" outside the city limits in the Enka/Candler area.
