Cape Breton

I have not visited Cape Breton or PEI since the late 60's and am considering a trip there this summer. Seeking advise/information.

Would you do the Cabot Trail in a 40' motorhome or leave it at a "base" and do the trail in the toad?

RV parks on Cape Breton? Highlights to visit? Best time of year to visit?

Same questions as they pertain to PEI?

Thank you for your input,
Ron

we were just there last year. Definitely leave your rig at a base. The road is beautiful but winding, no room to pull over comfortably in a 40 ft. rig too many places to see and things to do to worry about parking your rig.
