Cape Cod is BEAUTIFUL in the fall!!! The crowds are gone, what a wonderful time! If you like bicycling, there is a bike path "Shining Star" in Falmouth which is very near to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. There is also the Bike Path on the Canal, and a couple of campgrounds on the Canal - we've stayed at Scusset Beach which is at the end of the Canal pathway. There is also the Nickerson Path, Nickerson State Park is on that pathway, a bike path in the middle of the Cape. There's a thread about Adventure Bound, in Truro on this forum. We are hoping to stay at Atlantic Oaks in Eatham this summer. Bourne Scenic is a very well known campground (haven't stayed there). Believe it or not, there's even a campground on Martha's Vineyard (and I think the ferry from Woods Hole can take your RV!!!)
