Caravan tour companies

We want to take a tour down the east coast as offered by these companies. One is 36 days and other is 40 days. There is a thousand dollars difference between the two.
Would like to hear from others that have gone on them?

Hmmm. $1000 for an extra 4 days ($250/day)? Why not just go by their itinerary and do the trip on your own?

In the past we have taken several caravan tours. Felt we didn't miss anything important and were very satisfied. The only problem is that they have a schedule and if you want to spend more time someplace you can't.

You aren't paying $1000 for 4 days. You need to look at what the differences are in the 2 tours and ask yourself if it is worth it.

We did the Rose Parade may years ago. Prices were from around $1000 to $2500. All essentially covering the same thing. Difference wqs number of meals out, cg that was base camp. We ended up taking the lest expensive since we weren't interested in the tour of Hollywood and the Tar Pits plus other tourist fluff. The least expensive also had an option to decorate a float. Very unique and we did this, one of our more unique adventures.

Build a spread sheet and compare the 2 tours. See which one meets your personality better.
