I was browsing Craigslist and found this. Though I would share in case anyone is looking for cheap rent in So Cal.

Not real close to SD. There is a nice county park in Portero, still a drive to SD

I lived in San Diego for 35 yrs before going full time. This space is near the Golden Acorn Casino and is about an hour drive to San Diego. It is in the mountains where it will get cold and I have seen snow a few times there. Not saying don't go, just beware it can get cold and is a bit of a drive to get to town.
