As to the OP, there are a lot of Type A only places, but I
have not ever seen a link to a listing of them.

It appears the concept is new to a few folks here. We seek out these types of places, not because we are snobs, but because the Class A resorts tend to be closer to true resorts.

Pelican Lake
Motorcoach Resort St Lucie West
Hearthside Grove

Then there's places like Petoskey RV resort that started out as Class A only. It's now open to other RV types, but we stay there because it's a really nice place.

Several in south Alabama, Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort, Heritage MC Resort, and Bella Terra MC Resort. There is a fourth, Buena Vista that is building in phases, one section was supposed to be class A only, another section class C and fivers, and a third phase for travel trailers, not sure it's current rules are. All in the Orange Beach area.

Stayed at Buena vista in March, it was class A only, and only the first stage is built. I did not ask about rules for next two stages , but did see the plan and lot lay outs. Nice place!

Naples Motor Coach Resort is also a class A only resort, but they allow super C's.

Totally agree I have Avery nice fiver and TV. Have seen several parks that will only give their lakeside lots to Class A! Have seen some pretty sad Class A MHs while nicer more expensive fivers are relegated to interior sites! We won't patronize those Parks.
