Cleveland, OHIO
Hello All,
We are planning to be in Cleveland, OH for a few nights and I can't seem to find a convenient campground. All suggestions are welcomed.
We basically want to visit the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and the Westside Market. Any other sugguestions?
Thanks in advance for any info.

We live about an hour west of Cleveland. Campgrounds in the Cleveland area are scarce for the most part. Not sure how much time you have but Cedar point is about 45 min west of Cleveland. The largest amusement park. We also have lake Erie islands. There are quite a few Campgrounds in that area but I do not know if you want take that long of a drive to get into Cleveland.

Pier Lon park Medina Ohio. 45 minutes from Rock n Roll hall of fame, close to many freeways. Great location. We spend summers here. Full hookups. American Wilderness has water and electricity with honey wagons and is not as close as Pier Lon Park.

Have you looked at RVParkReviews site? While there are none directly in the city it lists 58 parks surrounding the city, depending where you're coming from. Look on the left side of the Cleveland page and it lists the direction of all the parks.
The first one is Cuyahoga Fairgrounds if that helps. It has electric. We've stayed at many fairgrounds during our travels and they work out well. You do need to contact them to see if anything big is going on. You don't want to be there at those times. Otherwise, they are quiet places to stay.
