Cloudland State Park

Just got back from a weekend at Cloudland state park in Trenton,GA! OMG - this is our new fav! Beautiful views, clean and level campsites. Nice camp store although not many grocery items ( there is an Ingles within 4 miles). The campsite hosts were nice and courteous and didn't look like transient people like we have run into in several parks. No sooner than we had pulled out of our site than the camp host was cleaning(mind you not much to clean - we are very careful) and readying it for the next people. Bath houses - although older- were cleaned several times a day and had nice showerheads on the showers. Just can't say enough - we will be back ---SOON!

We stayed there in May. I agree with the OP, great state park. Also the hiking trails are terrific! Get the Georgia State Park pass and enjoy the benefits, well worth the initial investment.
