I've seen some reviews of parks in the Colorado Springs area, but they are several years old.

Any new info on a good central park to look at in CO SPGS area in late June? Also will probably go to Denver for a day or two as well, but that may be just a day trip via car.

I plan on spending my 50th Birthday there visiting family and friends in late June.

Thanks!

Check on Garden of the Gods Campground in Colorado Springs just adjacent to Manitou Springs. Great location. There's also a newer campground out near or around the Will Rogers Memorial (SW Co. Sprngs.), but don't know the name of it. Check directories.

Chyenne Mountain State Park is just south of the springs and is one of the best State Park CGs I have ever been in. Full hook-ups, lots of space all level beautiful views! Go to their web site and you can actually see photos of each space.
