Connecticut campgrounds?

Hey all - looking for a nice place to rv near Stamford CT. any suggestions???

That's a toughy, I live in the area and not too many to reccommend. There's one in Fishkill NY but a pretty rough crowd there. I do like Brialee near Hartford it's my favorite and there is a very pretty rustic place across the CT river, darned if I can remember the name... A few nice ones up near the Casinos if you want to go that route. Hope that helps a little, Ill watch the responces, I may see you there.

There are none. Lived there for 30 years. Go east you will will find some out there. Check out Aces High and Odetah.

We are going to odetah ( thrilled about that one). I have to go to a wedding shower in Stamford and don't want to try and drive round trip in one day from cape cod. Was trying to make a weekend of it with the family. I heard devils hopyard is nice - thoughts?
