Cortez, CO RV Park info please!

Hello, has anyone stayed at the sundance rv park in cortez, Colorado? I am getting ready to make reservations for 5 nights in may, but have not found any mention of them here on the forum and don't want to be stuck somewhere that we would regret. thanks for any info!

Thanks for the info, I checked it out and you were correct as most reviews gave 4 to 5 star ratings. Gary

Why not stay at Mesa Verde? Morefield is a great campground.

Stayed at this campground around 15 years ago so I'm not sure is my assessment is still accurate.

We stayed here because some friends were in a motel down the block. Location is right in town so convenient but not at all rural. City pool and park is right across the street. Took the kids there to swim as campground does not have a pool. Used it as a base camp to visit Mesa Verde.

When we went back to Mesa Verde in 2010, we did stay in Morefield right in the park.
