Welcome to iRV2 and thank you!
I've read a couple of reviews saying it is very noisy because of truck traffic and their use of jake brakes . Is it that bad?

Thank you. Those were the reviews I had read about the noise. Was hoping someone that has stayed in the big rig sites (looking at google earth they appear to be in the back of the campground) would consider the noise a non issue.
Then again, we've stayed at Hereshey High Meadow and listened to the trains coming and going so the jake brakes may not matter.

There is another campground in the area that is very quiet. It is Country Haven in New Holland, PA - depending on where you are traveling from it could be closer for you. Country Haven CG is not loaded with things for kids but it is big-rig friendly, manicured and quiet.

You're right, Country Haven is nice. We've stayed there as well as a few others in the Intercourse area over the years.
Was looking to try one we hadn't stayed at and Country Acres looked like a possibility.
