The Manchester area is a very nice area. We are growing but still have that small town atmosphere. It's centrally located between Nashville, Chatanooga, Memphis and the Smokies. Much to do and see in the area and beautiful scenery. Nashville has some of the best medical facilities in the country. Both Nashville and Chattanooga are about an hours drive on I-24. If you're a golfer there are many fine affordable courses in the area. Highly suggest you check out the area. Although we are planning to go full-time within the next couple of years we plan on keeping this as our home base since two of our daughters and there families are moving here to take over our small 7 acre farm.
