We are leaving tomorrow to see the redwoods and felt we should check with the pros as where to stay. Any recomendations? My stay there for several days and would like a good reasonable price full hookup campground. Crescent city is just an idea I got from the atlas. Thanks, Roger.

We stayed at Benbow . . . we had been there years ago. It is a reasonably nice park with a decent golf course. The power was 30amp 3 years ago, and we did feel that the rates were a bit high, but then, that's California for you! From Benbow, there was easy access both to the coast and the Redwoods.

Hiouchi RV Resort
I have not stayed at another park in the area, so i can not compare.. We stayed at Hiouchi two years ago and loved it. East of town in a very pretty area.
