Darien GA Campgrounds?

Asking with plenty of lead time.. Last half of October I need to be in/near Darien Ga, (This is between Savanah and Brusnwick) as there is a young lady who lives there who wishes me to give her away at her upcoming wedding.. Since I really am the father of the bride to be I guess I have no option .

Looking for suggestions if anyone has them, NOTE: Tight budget is a consideration, Willl consider work-camper positions (Short term at least)

Congratulations on obtaining a new son in law.

The only campground we have stayed at in that area is the Jekyll Island State Park on Jekyll Island. It would be a little bit of a drive to Darien but if you stay on highway 17 it wouldn't be bad. Maybe you can talk your daughter into having the wedding on Jekyll Island.

If you do a google search for camping at Darien, GA you will find some closer ones like this one. I have no idea what it is like.

Thanks, bookmarked. My daughter is trying to land me a work-camper job in the area too, That would be nice.

She just got hereself a new job.. She was trimming doggies at Pet Smart in Brunswick, but now will be working at Top Dog in Savanna
