Take a trip over to Brunswick. The Coastal Georgia RV Resort is a nice place. Rent a car and visit the coastal area. Jekyll Island is nice. You may even be able to get a spot in the Jekyll Island Campground.

Never said where your coming from ? We live outside of Brunswick and Jekyll is a very popular place , but never for us, your are stacked in there like cord wood, if that does not bother you, the Island is nice. There is a Glenn County Campground on Blythe Island, is nice !

A good little trip would be up to Cherokee on 441 (23). I'm suggesting the KOA in Cherokee because it has everything for a family and being the first trip, it isn't too far and yet beautiful in the mountains. good camp store if you needed something and I think even a shuttle to the casino if you are in to that. There a lots of different campgrounds in the area as options. Hope this helps. mark

Without a toad, here is a good place to go in Savannah. They have a trolley that can take you into the historic district.

Red Gate Campground & RV Resort

Savannah is a wonderful place and you may want to stay two or three days.
