December/Christmas in Arizona

We are looking to travel to Arizona next Christmas and would like to know if there are any good campsites near Phoenix or around about there.
Do the snowbirds have any affect on availability?
Thanks for any help.

There are lots of RV parks in the area. Winter is very busy. You might select a place and call about availability. I usually stay a few days at Destiny RV in Suprise AZ on the West side of Phoenix without making reservations. It is a nice park clean with all the amenities.

We are sitting in a great park in Sedona Az. Rancho Sedona RV park. Little chilly but sure is a beautiful area.
