Decent RV Park within 50 miles of Minneapolis?

I have to travel from North Carolina to the University of Minnesota Medical Center every year and a half or so for a medical procedure. Instead of flying and incurring the expense of a rental car, lodging, etc., we were planning to take the motorhome. After culling through reviews of the parks around Minneapolis, most either don't seem to be big rig friendly or just flat out crappy. Can anyone suggest a park they have actually stayed at?

Thanks

Have stayed at the KOA in Maple Grove, there were several big rigs when I was there. It is an older park, but would stay there again. There are none that are close to U of M. Lived in Maple Grove until 2012.

Lebanon Hills in Apple Valley. County campground. Woodsy with deer walking around. Big rig friendly, open and neat.

Dakotah Meadows at the Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake. RV Park. Very big rig friendly but kinda tight side to side.

Check RV Park Reviews. I would not hesitate to stay at either one again.

I grew up in Bloomington and attended the U of M. Left the area in 1980. Visit my brother in Apple Valley often.

I'm currently at Lebanon Hills and there are a dozen or so big Class As here right now. Excellent facility, 14 miles to the 28th Av park and ride for the Blue Line to downtown, transfer to the Green Line for U of M and downtown St. Paul.
