Lum's Pond was a nice facility a few years ago. Spelling might not be accurate.

We have slim pickins' in the Dover area.

As noted above, Killens Pond State Park has water and elect only, and G & R, with full hookups in Harrington are the closest. There is also a CG in Greensboro MD.

Lums pond CG is about 30 miles north.

G&R is a good spot,near Harrington & dover casinos.There is a WalMart within 5 minutes.
