Dellanera RV Park, Galveston.

Anyone been to Dellanera RV Park in Galveston, Texas?

GALVESTON.COM: Dellanera RV Park

According to their website they charge $8 a day to park your vehicle. This is I addition to the $42 a day for the camper.

Is this correct?
Is this normal?

We have stayed there several times. They did not charge extra for our toad. The park is right on the beach. I think they state they charge for cars to keep outsiders from using up all of their parking

A great place to stay with the grandkids

Jamaica Beech RV Home Page a little further west is real nice RV park with real nice pools and a huge sauna. Right across the street from the beach.

We recently stayed at sandpiper in galveston, you might check it out, it was very nice and close to the beach maybe 50 yards or so. Really nice pool.

Do you remember the rates? They don't list them on their web page.

I believe it's 45 to 65 depending on the site, the sites upfront closest to the beach are more, but I think there are only 3 of them we stayed in site 17 for 65 or so. We really enjoyed our stay.
