Desert Gold Rv Resort

Has anyone stayed at the Desert Gold Rv Resort in Salome AZ? wondering what was it like, and would you stay again. I like the ideal of having a pool in the desert.

Have stayed at Black Rock across the street for years. DW plays bingo there and goes to concerts. It is a nice park. We like BR across the street because it backs up to BLM land. If you have a ATV bring it.

We stayed in Desert Gold for 3 winters. Very nice park, good pool and huge hot tub. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Mini golf course at front of park. Music jams every saturday and gospel jams on tues evening. Pot lucks and ice cream socials too. Large park with about 500 sites. My hubby was always prospecting for gold over in Quartzsite, so we moved to Rainbow acres(development not an rv park) about 4 yrs ago. Saved big time on fuel running back and forth. I would stay in Desert gold again, and also have many friends staying over at Black rock. They also have a pool and numerous activities. if any other questions, just ask. Dona
