If you spend some time listening to the others walking around and enjoying DW you understand that the majority (or at least many) are not from the US but from all over the world. I believe that is what is effecting the increase prices as much as anything.

We first attended DW it first year in FL. Been back several times but went two years ago as a guest and we will not go back. There's to much else in the US to see that costs a lot less.

Disney increasing pass prices

More details
http://www.foxnews.com/travel/2015/1...e-for-regular/
"A one-day ticket for either Disneyland or California Adventure in Anaheim, California, is now $99 for anyone 10 or older, and single-day tickets for the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, are now $105."
Ummm.....yikes! For the price of a 1-day pass for just the 2 of us, we can go off-roading and see REAL animals and trees (et al) for a week, including a picnic lunch with wine.
Sheesh!

Heard on the snews this AM that disney may be planing a varaible daily ticket price,, Based on how busy the day is expected to be.. They will lower prices on "Slow Days" from what I understand, and raise them on "Busy Days".

I still want one share of Disney stock.. Just one. that's all , for my Grandson.

I am going to Japan this Saturday. We are thinking on going to Tokyo Disneyland's Disney Sea park. It will be interesting to see how much admission is there.

You will need to apply the exchange rate.

Park Tickets | Tokyo Disney Resort
Roughly $57.00. Not too bad in comparison to our admission prices.

Not to worry. They pretty much do everything by committee and that would take a while.

Consider me jealous. You'll have to tell us all about it.

Certainly! (Provided we do go there.)

Took the kids when they were small. I don't care if I ever go again. Ever.

I'm not going to bother with Tokyo Disneyland itself, it is pretty much like the Anaheim park, except Main Street has a roof. I've been to the Anaheim park many times.

We took the kids twice in the early 90's. Hated it & vowed the 1st time never to return. I stuck to it after the 2nd time.

I figured the beach would be more fun so we went to Huntington Beach.

I saw the young kids body surfing at a 45 degree angle to the surf. I went out to see if I could do it and thought perpendicular to the surf would be more of a thrill. Thrilled by being slammed head first to the floor.

Torn rotator cuff and fractured C3 made me realize that if I want to see California not to venture too far off of the 395.
