Disney World camping question

We will be heading to WDW right after Thanksgiving. We will arrive in the area one day before we can get into FW. We will be coming in by way of I-75 and the turnpike and plan to exit the turnpike at Rt. 27 near Minneola. Are there any decent RV parks on that route into Kissimmee?

We have stayed at Turkey Lake Park just a little further south (close to I4). It is owned by the City of Orlando, full hookups, reasonable price., BackIn only, no pull throughs and the park is locked up at night so no late entry.

We also like the KOA in Davenport. Intersection of 27 and I4. It is a little out of your way but a really easy overnight stop just off the highway with easy access pull throughs. People are very friendly and it is really easy to get to Fort Wilderness from there.

Good Luck, We love Fort Wilderness

Just about 4 miles south on US 27 after the FL tpke exit is the Bees RV Resort, 20260 US 27, Clermont, FL. That may be what you are looking for. We've been there a few times, not bad. Bee's RV Resort - Amenities

We spent a couple of weeks at Sherwood Forest Resort on rt.192 just west of rt.4. We enjoyed it a lot. Close to everything and a lot to see. It's like 4 miles from Disney.

Check out Tropical Palms. It is in old town disney, just a few minutes from FW. It is a very nice, clean park and has reasonable rates.

Why not simply leave for Disney one day later?
