Disneyworld area campgrounds?

Hi, we expect to be in Florida somewhere around late October, early November of 2016. We will stay until at least February. We have reservations at Camp Wilderness for 10 days at Christmas, but are looking for a decent, moderately priced campground within about 30-45 minutes or so from the parks. Needs to have full hook ups, allow pets and accommodate 37 ft class A. Any suggestions???? Thank you very much! Ellen

Check out Orlando Winter Garden RV Resort - campers premier travel destination. It is about 15 miles from Disney, but you can travel back roads and stay off I4 Hwy 192.

Hi Tivoli,
Consider Campgrounds & RV Parks in Orlando, Kissimmee & Disney, FL | Tropical Palms Resort It is a bit old, well maintained and close to everything

Other possibilities might be Mt Olive Shores or Deer Creek.

Mt Olive Shores would be about 45 minutes to the Disney Parks, just as a point of reference, Deer Creek is about 20 minutes. The best deals at either would be if you could rent directly from a lot owner. Friends rented this season here at Deer Creek for $725 per month, inclusive of all utilities. I know others are renting for $625 - $650 per month plus utilities. Utilities will vary, $80 to $150 per month.

Check out Sherwood Forrest Rv park in Kissimmee. About 5-10 minutes from DW.
