In your original post you say they showed you the sign that said no refunds. That was your notice, they don't have to explain it to you, just posting the notice is all they have to do.

Those kind of things happen way too often at commercial parks.

We have resorted to State, National & Municipal parks-and are, virtually, never disappointed.

Commercial parks , sooner or later, seem to "have to" resort to long term residents-then the deterioration of the facility follows.

Often use rvparkreviews.com when deciding where to stay. good info, and would be better if more people reviewed on it.

Stayed at several parks in Washington and Oregon this summer, at about half got the same warnings about meth users, lock your door if you are away, etc. Sign of the times I think.
