Not sure if there is one in Highlands, would be a tough drove to get to it. There is however, River Vista Campground at the road heading up from Dillard.

Great spot. Stayed there after an IRV2 rally in Myrtle Beach in 2010.

We were at Riva Vista last month. Planned on stopping overnight and stayed three. Nice people and good facility. Try the Dillard house for lunch or dinner. Pricey but good food.
