The Leisure Services Department announces that the Miller Riverview Park and Campground will open for the season with limited camping on Friday, August 1st at 7:00 a.m. Campers should be advised that most campsites will have no grass and some campsites may be closed due to standing water or mud. There will still be soft wet spots throughout the campground. There may also be city staff working in the campground during the week to continue the cleanup efforts. For further information and/or to make reservations please call the campground manager at 563-589-4238 beginning Friday, August 1st. Payment is required at time reservation is made.

We just finished 7 days south of there, at the Fairport Campground(Iowa State) near Muscatine, IA. Most sites available, and right on the Mississippi. Nice little state park and the Muscatine area is near to HWH in Moscow.
