Early Feb. travel from Penticton, BC to Las Vegas, AZ

Good day all,
I am traveling Penticton, BC to Las Vegas, NV in the 1 - 2 week of February.
The route will be: cross US border at Oroville, WA > Kennewick, WA > La Grande, OR > Baker City, OR > Ontario, OR > Jackpot, NV > Ely, NV > Las Vegas.
Would anyone have suggestions as to where to overnight, with power, along the way? We will likely take 3 days to travel, weather permitting.
I have chains for our 30' Class A gaser but not for the toad. The chains are to satisfy legal reasons, not to actually use if possible.
My wife is nervous about winter travel so overnight stops having power and possible restaurant near by would be helpful.
Thank you for any suggestions.

The Eastern side of Oregon has been going though Record-Breaking storms, and unprecedented weather! Your trip is still a few weeks away so you should be fine! But do be careful and check in advance! If weather is foul take the longer route and once you hit Oregon take I84 west towards Portland. Then it's an easy straight shot down I5 to northern California!

We have been that route a few times and for the most part it was good. They do get some awful weather around Jackpot. We stopped in Jackpot for a night(with Elect) and woke up to a foot and a half snow. That part of the country is pretty high. Once we got down to Twin Falls the roads were still a little snowy but very well maintained. The big hill at La Grande or Pendelton was shut down for snow it closed right after we went through.

We have stayed in a park in Twin Falls on the road coming in from Jackpot, also there is a little park in Jackpot itself behind the Casino. Sorry I can't remember the names.
There are a lot of snowbirds that go that way and it is usually pretty good. A good trick is to watch the 7 or 14 day trend in the weather for that area and you will be good. If it is really bad I would go the Portland route other than if you really want to go to Vegas.

Weather , weather , weather , it can make or break travel on this route.
I take this route from Kelowna often in OCTOBER, and back in March.

From Pendleton to La Grande OR, is a climb that is the equivalent , of the Coquaihalla, from Hope to the summit; so conditions have to be good before you start. Jackpot south in NV , the valley floors are 6500' plus , mountains are 11,000 at the sides , until you get south of Ely , you won't be dropping in altitude, so you need a good three day forecast before you start.
Jackpot, the Cactus Pete's has an RV park at the rear , good food at a reasonable price. Water will be shut down, but restrooms are well maintained.

Safe travels , and Good luck with the weather.
EDIT:
BTW, this is the wettest, coolest year since 2010 that we've had in Southern California , DW and I are ready for it to start warming/drying up.

the only thing to add beside good luck is you should have chains for the toad.
they may be required and if you have trouble you can use it to get to help or shelter.there is a lot of empty road this time of year

Ditto on Jackpot, If you want 2 nights then stop at the casino in La Grande for the first night. If you make good time the second day, Ely Nevada wood be good. The Prospector or the KOA are good there.
