Escaped prisoners

Anyone camping in new york or vermont where the search is on for the escapees from the new york prison? Just wondering if you have changed plans or just continue with your camping and traveling plans. I think i would continue camping in the area as the odds would be slim to encounter them.

We will be on our way later today to Westport which is just South of that town, Willsboro in Essex County, that was searched yesterday. If it's anything like it was 25 or so years ago when the last 'big' manhunt happened, there may be state police check points to slow your travels down off I87

Well, here we sit in our 5er and on our CG site, and not a nasty guy in sight nor any sign of anything beyond routine and the usual weekday very light I-87 traffic getting here. Tomorrow we'll hop on the Sooper Duty and take the pups sightseeing.

One news network (I suspect you can guess which) ran an article of it.. (No it was not that one) where they put up a map of the United States (Well they got the country right) and labeled one of the states NEW YORK

The stat they labeled however...Was Pennsylvania .

OF all the news services FOX managed to get it right 100% less than eight percent of the time (They were NOT the network in this case however)

The others listed managed a bit better than fox.. They, including CNN, managed to get the story 100$, a great grand EIGHT PERCENT of the time.

I now watch news and read stories for the laughs

Amphibous pitcher....... (Not at all the word they used in the article)

Guess he can pitch on land with one hand and water with the other.

I'm curious as to your source for metrics. Do you have access to ALL confirmed FBI data as to the ongoing manhunt? How do you determine who's got it right, and to what degree?

That bit about CNN labeling Pennsylvania as New York was on Jimmy Fallon three nights ago.

Hey, it was on the internet so it's true.
And the odds of those killers trying to hijack an RV is nil. They need inconspicuous, so if you toad a Honda CRV.....
