Extended stay KOA

How much discount is there for a typical extended stay at a KOA? About 50% off what a daily rate x 30 would be? It is hard to determine this on their site.

Thanks.

each koa sets their own pricing. we stay at one each may. that one has a daily, monthly or seasonal/annual rate but no weekly rate. a different KOA has all of those plus a weekly rate. what’s common is the KOA Value Kard...good for 10% discount.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Don't normally stay at KOA's so can't answer that! Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Use their app. Put extended dates in and see what the price is.

Our experience has been that the KOA Value Card (10% off) is for nightly stays only. Not weekly or monthly.

Extended stay KOA

Generally KOA does not publish or do monthly rates on their booking website you need to Call the park directly. When you put in over 28 days it will tell you to do so. I don’t believe they have weekly rates published either .. they want you to call !
I’ve used KOA more lately because they tend to have long pull throughs. But they are more costly I’ve only stayed monthly 2 times and the parks we stayed in didn’t call it monthly ( Florida) it was 28 days but included electric , I think to avoid long term “renter rights “ issues as in the inability to quickly evict “tenants”
No matter, the prices were equivalent to other parks discounts and well under the daily rates.
Most parks we’ve found tend to give at least a free day for weekly and “monthly” is between the 2 week and 3 week cost. The KOA’s prices were similar
Value card not valid on weekly/ monthly rates I believe but you do get reduced “points “ that are good for cash back on stays at certain levels
